Our team

  • Cyril Benassi, Director

    Cyril Benassi is a Chartered Accountant registered with the local professional Order in Luxembourg. He has gained 10+ years’ experience in impactful tax roles at PwC Luxembourg, and by founding his tax and accounting boutique. As his career has developed, he has honed his expertise by assisting a portfolio of demanding international clients in private equity, real estate, asset management, and private wealth. He is an active member of several local and international business alliances and can rely on a trusted professional network. In light of cross-border tax, accounting, and regulations becoming more and more complex, Cyril’s cross-disciplinary skills enable him to participate in the monitoring of risks and governance of Luxembourg structures.

  • Tatiana Tertyshnikova, Head of Compliance

    Tatiana is a legal professional with 20+ experience in the field of corporate law and compliance in multinational family offices. Tatiana has a thorough knowledge of AML/CFT framework and European regulatory issues, and handles legal aspects of the company’s operation, CDD and EDD, as well as other compliance and AML/CTF related processes.

    Tatiana holds a law degree and Financial and Commercial LLM (with distinction) from the University of Central Lancashire. Tatiana regularly undertakes training to expand her expertise on compliance and regulatory issues.
